Making a Call
To place a call simply:

Call UniTel on 2188 1011 from any telephone or mobile phone.
•
You will be prompted to enter your PIN number (To omit this step refer to Star Services below).
•
Dial in the number you wish to call. You must omit leading 0’s in the international country code. So to call the UK you may dial 44 rather than 0044.
•
The system will then advise you of the number of minutes you may speak to the dialed destination.
•
At the end of the call simply hang up or dial ## to terminate the current call and place a call to a new destination.

Opening an Account
Simply open an account through our website www.unitel.com.mt to start benefiting from these advantageous rates.  You may also use the same user-friendly system to top up your account.

We advise you to continue using the same account to benefit from our special offers, which we shall launch from time to time.

Soon you will be able to buy our services through our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system by dialing 2188 1010 or by buying one of our pre-paid calling cards from leading shops and Lotto Offices in Malta and Gozo.

You may also use the same user-friendly system to top up your account. We advise you to continue using the same account to benefit from our special offers.

Tariffs  
When you use UniTel services you will incur the cost of a local call payable to your fixed or mobile telephony provider in addition to our low cost international rates which start from only 4 cents per minute!

You may also place calls by using a special VoIP telephone connected to your always-on ADSL,  cable modem connection or dial-up connection.

Anyone may use our services, even clients connected to ISPs other than Euroweb.


Star Features
When connected to the UniTel platform you may use the following star-button services.
*1 Account balance.
*2 Store your telephone number so that if you call again you do not have to re-enter the PIN.
*3 Delete your stored telephone number from system memory so that next time you call you have to enter your PIN again.
*4 Listen to special announcements.
*5 Top up your account with the same amount of the originl PIN.
** Redial the last number
## Interrupt (terminate) the current call and place another call.
